Kairi adalah salah satu dari beberapa karakter asli muncul di kingdom heart birth by sleep , Kingdom heart , Kingdom heart ; chain of memory dan Kingdom Heart 2, dan juga salah satu karakter utama dalam seri. Dia adalah persona asli Namine . Kairi lahir di Radiant garden dan saat ini tinggal di kepulauan destiny bersama dengan dua sahabatnya, Sora dan Riku . Dia adalah empat selama Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep, empat belas di awal Kingdom Hearts, dan lima belas selama Kingdom Hearts II. Nama Kairi berasal dari kata dalam bahasa Jepang untuk "Laut".

 

Kairi =  カイリ

Kairi yang peduli dan baik hati, serta sedikit tomboi.

Namun, dia ditentukan dan berani ketika seseorang peduli dia dalam bahaya, sering mempertaruhkan keselamatannya sendiri untuk membantu orang itu.

Dia juga membuat teman-teman menjadi mudah.

Dia mengambilnya dengan tenang dan dapat melihat positif tentang hidup di Kepulauan Destiny.

Dia setia dan keras kepala, serta keras kepala untuk satu hal.

Umumnya, ia memungkinkan kebahagiaan orang lain menolak kebahagiaan sendiri
